Our support team will remain available 24/7 to address any of your questions and needs by phone, email and online chat. Our onsite technicians and engineers will exclusively focus on monitoring and maintaining our network as well as critical and emergency onsite visits only. This allows us to reduce our footprint while still prioritizing our network availability and abiding by CDC and social distancing guidelines.

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has recommend the use of face masks in public. SilverIP’s technicians will now wear masks for any on-site work in Chicago or Milwaukee. They will also continue to wear gloves and shoe coverings.
