SilverIP's installation at Moser Lofts will begin on July 8, 2019. Our on-site service installation will take place between July 8th – July 12th. In unit Installation will begin July 15th. We will notify you at least 24 hours prior to your unit’s transition to SilverIP’s Internet service.
On the day of your transition you may experience brief Internet service disruption until you’ve completed your SilverIP account set up. Once you’ve transitioned to SilverIP, you can expect ultra-fast, reliable Internet.

When will you be installing service in my unit?
In unit installation will begin July 15. We will notify you at least 24 hours prior to your unit’s transition to SilverIP’s Internet service.
Do I need to do anything after my unit's installation is complete to use SilverIP's service?
Once your unit is transitioned, browse to https://www.getsilverip.com to set up your SilverIP account.
You will be able to start using SilverIP’s service immediately after your account is set up!
Will I experience any service disruptions?
On the day of your transition you

How long will you be in my unit?
Approximately 1 hr. In rare circumstances that may take longer depending on unit-specific circumstances.
Do I need a new router?
Any store-bought ethernet router will work. We will also provide you with recommendations.
How can I test my Internet service's speed after I'm connected?
Please visit speedtest.googlefiber.net and press the blue “play” button to test your connection speed. Keep in mind that there are many factors that effect your connection’s speed. Be sure that your computer’s network card and Internet router are capable of reaching your service’s speed. Do not have unnecessary apps or programs open when running the speed test and, if possible, connect to your router using an ethernet capable instead of a wireless connection. The placement of your router in your home can effect your WiFi signal as well (See our blog article for more information.)
